Horizontal Barriers

Horizontal barriers protect masonry and concrete against rising damp. The suction of the pores and capillaries in the building material transports the water from the ground into the wall.
There it leads to water stains, ugly efflorescence and crumbling plaster.

We have taken care to work with capillary-breaking systems that stop the pores from being sucked in and bond inseparably with the building material.

 

HydroBloc SI 709 is solvent-free you only need one material for all degrees of moisture penetration.

This means no matter how wet the wall is Si 709 is the right material.

So you reduce storage and capital tie-up. We use water as a transport medium to bring the active reactive SIloxane into the structure.

 

HydroBloc Diffusion 715 is full cream power and ready to use.

It comes in a handy bucket for application with a hand pump or in a cartridge for clean fast working.

Why Diffusion 715 is so special is easily explained.

It contains no blending agents and above all no water, so you can also use normal steel pumps without it leading to corrosion.

Protecting facades and surfaces against moisture and driving rain protects valuable building fabric and prevents water stains and green coating. This prevents moisture damage to the plaster and keeps the surface looking attractive and beautiful for a long time.

The application of the liquid products is simple, by spraying on without pressure or by flooding.
